I would like to collect my pass in the resort. How do I proceed?
To collect your passes in the resort, you have two options:
Pick-up at a sales point: Bring your confirmation email and QR code, then go to one of our sales points or to one of our self-service machines closest to your accommodation.

How can I reload my pass?
To reload your pass, you can do it online on our website. Here are the steps to follow:
Create an account: If you donât already have one, create an account by clicking on âMy accountâ at the top right of your screen, then on âCreate an account.â
Select your pass: Choose the type of pass you wish to reload.
Make the payment: Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
You can also reload your pass at one of our sales points or at the self-service machines available in the resort.
