What are the different price periods of the Méribel and 3 Vallées ski area ?

Les 3 Vallées skipasses :

There are several ski passes adapted to your skiing needs:

  • Family Flex pass: For families (minimum 3 people, all at the child rate).

  • Solo pass: Preferential rates depending on age and selected duration.

Eligibility conditions for the Family Flex pass:

  • Available from 5 consecutive days.

  • Composition: 1 or 2 adults (18–74 years old) and 1 to 6 children (5–17 years old).

  • Offer: 6 days for the price of 5.

I'm leaving from Méribel, which valleys do I have access to by buying my package in a shop or online ?

From Méribel, you can buy a Méribel or 3 Valleys ski pass in one of our sales points or on our online shop.Méribel is located in the heart of the 3 Valleys and allows you to reach very quickly the resorts of Courchevel, Saint Martin de Belleville, les Menuires, Val Thorens or Orelle.

  • To reach Courchevel from Méribel Center, take the Saulire Express gondola at La Chaudanne. You can also leave from Méribel-Mottaret and take the Pas du Lac gondola.

  • To reach Saint Martin de Belleville, take the Tougnète 1 gondola and the Tougnète 2 chairlift from La Chaudanne.

  • To reach Les Menuires, take the Tougnète 1 gondola and the Tougnète 2 chairlift from Méribel Center.

  • To reach Val Thorens and Orelle, take the Legends chairlift, the Plattières gondola and the Côte Brune chairlift from Méribel Center.

I don't want to ski all day, do you offer Méribel valley and 3 Vallées ski passes with a limited skiing time and an adapted price ?

Yes, we offer 4h ski passe depending on the valley you wish to ski in:

  • Méribel Valley : 4h pass at the adult rate of €59.40 (heart of the season rate)

  • 3 Vallées : 4h ski pass at the adult price of €73.00 (heart of the season rate)

What individual criteria do you take into account for discounted rates? What are the supporting documents required at the point of sale and online?

We offer 4 individual rate discounts:

  • Free: children under 5 years old

  • Children's rate: from 5 to 17 years old

  • Veteran rate: from 75 years (free for Méribel valley skipasses)

  • Disabled person's rate: 50% discount on the public rate for the Méribel valley and 3 Valleys for the whole season for disabled people who can prove that they are at least 80% disabled on their mobility and inclusion disability card.

For each of these offers, you will be asked for proof at the point of sale. Les 3 Vallées ski lifts staff is also authorized to check these documents to verify the validity of your pass.

I am a disabled person, do you have a handiski offer ?

The ski resort of Meribel welcomes people with disabilities. If you have prove that you are at least 80% disabled on your mobility and inclusion disability card, you benefit from a 50% discount on the public rate of the Méribel valley and the 3 Valleys throughout the season. Do you offer a beginner package?

Yes, we offer the Mini Pass at the unique price of €38.50 per day. It allows you to access Méribel from Brides-les-bains by taking the Olympus gondola. The Mini Pass gives access to the beginner zone of the Altiport located between the Col de la Loze and Méribel Centre. This area is accessible from the Altiport parking lot or from Méribel La Chaudanne by the Rhodos gondola. Children love the area of Altiport de Méribel because it allows access to the Animal Trail and the Inuit Village. Older children can also learn to ski or snowboard on these slopes as well as on the neighboring slopes.

Do I need an insurance to ski in the Meribel valley and in Les 3 Vallées ?

It is not compulsory to subscribe to an insurance to ski in the Meribel valley or in the 3 Valleys but it is strongly recommended to be insured to practice a sport activity like skiing or snowboarding activity such as skiing or snowboarding. You can subscribe to a personal insurance or take our Carré Neige insurance, proposed for any purchase of a ski pass in a shop or online. The price of the Carré Neige insurance varies according to the package you choose. However, it remains the same whether you buy your ski pass in a shop or online.

Some badges purchased in other ski resorts than the 3 Valleys are also valid for skiing in valid for skiing in Méribel, Courchevel, Saint Martin de Belleville, les Menuires, Val Thorens and Orelle. These are badges whose number starts with 01.

I’ve lost my ski pass, what should I do?

If you have lost your ski pass, please go to a sales point with your proof of purchase (paper receipt or confirmation email).

A €10 administrative fee will be charged to issue you a new card.

Do you deliver the skipasses at home?

Yes when there is a sufficiently long delay between the date of ordering the skipasses Méribel valley or Les 3 Vallées and the date of the 1st day of skiing.

What payment methods are accepted?

At point of sales, you can pay for your Méribel Valley and 3 Vallées ski passes:

  • in cash,

  • by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express),

  • or with Chèque-Vacances.

Online, several payment methods are available:

Will I receive a payment and order confirmation by e-mail?

Yes, after validation of your purchase, you will receive 2 emails: the first one will confirm your payment and the second one will confirm your order. If you have chosen to pick up your package at a kiosk, the last e-mail will contain the QR-code to flash at the kiosk to get your packages.

I bought a Méribel valley ski pass when I wanted to buy a 3 Vallées ski pass or vice versa. vice versa, is it possible to change my package ?

Yes, as soon as you have not used your package yet, you can ask for the Click&Collect SAV Internet service on site, by phone or by e-mail. The service will credit your credit card with the amount paid so that you can redeem your Méribel Valley or 3 Vallées ski passes.

I forgot to take the Carré Neige insurance, how do I proceed to add it?

You have to go to one of our points of sale and ask for the addition of the Carré Neige insurance. You will find all the information concerning our points of sale in the "Practical Information" section of this FAQ.

Can I lend my ski pass?

The pass is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be lent free of charge or for payment. In the event of lending and an inspection on the ski area, you may be required to pay a fine.

How do I get to La Folie Douce Méribel?

To reach La Folie Douce, purchase a 1-section pedestrian pass for €13.90 and take the Saulire Express gondola (located on the snow front in Méribel Centre) to the mid-station.

The 3 Vallées connections are open throughout the winter season, from early December to late April. There are 25 peaks accessible by ski lifts, including 10 above 2,500 metres. The area offers 600 km of linked slopes, all ski-in ski-out from the various 3 Vallées resorts.

How should I prepare for my ski day?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable day on the slopes, it is important to wear appropriate clothing and equipment (ski suit, gloves, sunglasses / goggles, ski boots, well-maintained equipment, etc.).

For your safety, please follow the slope safety rules:

  • A helmet is essential for everyone

  • The right speed is the one you can control

  • When changing direction, slow down and look around

  • Always stop at the side of the slope

  • Après-ski is not allowed on the slopes, as snow groomers operate there
