Respect social distancing rules
Please leave a distance of 1 metre between yourself and those around you:
- In all lift queues, both inside and outside,
- In all places where members of the public gather together (sales points, viewpoints etc),
- and follow the instructions given on signs.
We invite you to buy or recharge your ski pass online, or by using the terminals provided for that purpose, wherever possible.
If you are unsure of how much space you should leave between yourself and others, it’s about the length of your ski poles!
- Hand sanitiser is available for your use in the following places:
- Enclosed ski lift buildings,
- First aid posts,
- Sales points, welcome areas and services,
- Public toilets (if you are not able to wash your hands).
Did you know? You don’t need to put hand sanitiser on your gloves.
- In all our gondola lifts and cable cars, all contact surfaces are regularly cleaned and windows are left open wherever possible.
- Ski lift queues are organised to allow social distancing.
- The hourly capacity of our lifts will be increased to reduce potential queues.
- There will be no restrictions made to the maximum number of skiers on the slopes.
- Our cancellation and refund terms and conditions have been adapted to the current health and safety restrictions.
- Our staff will still welcome you with a smile (even if it is behind a mask!)
- All of our employees are trained in health and safety risks and protective measures.
- Social distancing instructions and signs are displayed in all our sales points and welcome areas.
- We have installed more ski pass sales and recharging terminals.

Please don’t let your used masks spoil our environment: each mask takes at least 450 years to break down.
Please carry a bag in which you can stash used masks, both for health and civic reasons. It’s a simple and effective solution to the problem of used masks spoiling our mountain environment!
Waste bins are also available at the lifts.
