Simple actions to protect us all

Wear an approved face mask or an approved neck warmer
    • - Masks must be worn by everybody aged 6 or above in all ski lifts, in lift queues, even outside and at lift pass sales points. All our staff wear masks.

    Respect social distancing rules
    • Respect social distancing rules
Please leave a distance of 1 metre between yourself and those around you:
      - In all lift queues, both inside and outside,
      - In all places where members of the public gather together (sales points, viewpoints etc),
      - and follow the instructions given on signs.
We invite you to buy or recharge your ski pass online, or by using the terminals provided for that purpose, wherever possible.

If you are unsure of how much space you should leave between yourself and others, it’s about the length of your ski poles!

Sanitise your hands when you take off your gloves
    • - Hand sanitiser is available for your use in the following places:
      - Enclosed ski lift buildings,
      - First aid posts,
      - Sales points, welcome areas and services,
      - Public toilets (if you are not able to wash your hands).

    • Did you know? You don’t need to put hand sanitiser on your gloves.

Your ski area is changing with the times

We have made changes to how we operate
    • - In all our gondola lifts and cable cars, all contact surfaces are regularly cleaned and windows are left open wherever possible.
      - Ski lift queues are organised to allow social distancing.
      - The hourly capacity of our lifts will be increased to reduce potential queues.
      - There will be no restrictions made to the maximum number of skiers on the slopes.

We have made changes to our sales terms and conditions
    • - Our cancellation and refund terms and conditions have been adapted to the current health and safety restrictions.

We are going to great lengths so we can welcome you in the best way possible!
    • - Our staff will still welcome you with a smile (even if it is behind a mask!)
      - All of our employees are trained in health and safety risks and protective measures.
      - Social distancing instructions and signs are displayed in all our sales points and welcome areas.
      - We have installed more ski pass sales and recharging terminals.

    • Did you know? You can use Click&Ski when you buy your ski passes online.

    Our reimbursement promise

Unused lift passes are fully refunded: we will change or cancel your lift pass until the day before its start date.
Partially used lift passes: in the event of a health crisis and a government decision leading to the closure of the ski area, we will reimburse your lift pass (from 2 to 21 days) in proportion to the days not used.
Season pass: In the event of a health crisis and a government decision leading to the closure of the ski area, you will be entitled to a refund provided that the conditions described in the                                            T&Cs on this site are met.

Our top tip: Buy your lift passes online to avoid any potential queues at the lift office – this way you will be out in the open air even quicker!

    Respect our mountains

Please don’t let your used masks spoil our environment: each mask takes at least 450 years to break down.
Please carry a bag in which you can stash used masks, both for health and civic reasons. It’s a simple and effective solution to the problem of used masks spoiling our mountain environment!
Waste bins are also available at the lifts.
